We would like to advise our membership of the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the members of the Prince Rupert Performing Arts Centre Society, which is responsible for the governance and operations of the Lester Centre of the Arts in Prince Rupert.
The Annual General Meeting will occur on Wednesday, February 21 at 7:00 p.m. in the lobby of the Lester Centre of the Arts, located at 1100 McBride Street in Prince Rupert, BC.
At the meeting, members will be asked to accept the minutes of the 2023 annual general meeting, accept the Directors' report, accept the auditor’s report, and accept the annual financial statements for the 2023 financial year. The are also 3 open Director positions available, which will be voted on by the membership.
There are no special resolutions that are proposed to bediscussed at the Annual General Meeting.
If you have any questions, or if you would like to become amember of the Society, please contact the General Manager at the information below. Note that if you would like voting rights at the Annual General Meeting, you must sign up for a membership on or before February 7, 2024.
