We would like to advise our membership of our upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Prince Rupert Performing Arts Centre Society, which is responsible for the governance and operations of the Lester Centre of the Arts in Prince Rupert.
The Annual General Meeting will occur on Monday, February 20 at 6:30 p.m. in the lobby of the Lester Centre of the Arts, located at 1100 McBride Street in Prince Rupert, BC.
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to find out about the Society’s operations and finances, speak about any items on the agenda, and vote on any resolutions proposed.
Members will also be asked to accept the minutes of the 2022 annual general meeting, accept the auditor’s report and accept the annual financial statements. There are also Director positions available, which will be voted on by the membership.
There are no special resolutions that are proposed to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting.
