Chocolate Festival

Back by popular demand! Come sample some delectable desserts and enjoy a glass of wine or two with some live entertainment.

As in the past, this Chocolate Festival will be a fundraiser for the Lester Centre of the Arts. Your delicious treats will be put up for auction, and the highest bidder will get to take home your tasty treats! On top of all that, we'll have some judges who will grade your baking, so you can have bragging rights as the King or Queen of Chocolate in Prince Rupert!

If you'd like to put your baking up for auction to support the Lester Centre, here's what you'll need to do:

Email us at info@lestercentre.ca and let us know the following information: your name, phone number, and email address

In the email, let us know the category you would like to submit for: Cookies, Cakes, Cheecakes, Other.

Bake two versions of the same dessert. One will be for sampling from our judges, the other will be for auctioning.

Drop off your creations to the Lester Centre between 11 am - 12 pm on March 7, 2025

Label each entry with your name the name you've given to your dessert!

You'll get a free ticket to the event, which will start at 7:30 pm
