Our hours are quite sporadic, due to the nature of the industry. Most shows take place at night, which means we can be here well into the evening. During the workweek, we try our best to be in the office, but because we don't have many employees, we may lock the doors if we have to run any business errands. For any show that is not a Lester Centre presentation, we will charge $2 additional per ticket. This money goes towards our capital improvement fund, and it is used to replace anything that sees wear-and-tear during the usage of our facility, such as furniture, carpeting, sound & light equipment, etc.
You can purchase tickets online by clicking here. Or you can go to our downtown box office, Cook's Jewellers, and the staff there can help you out. You can also purchase tickets at the box office in the Lester Centre.

We can refund or exchange your tickets up to 2 hours before the event begins. For example, if there is a show at 7:30 p.m., we will do refunds until 5:30 p.m., but not after.To get a refund or exchange, please call us at 250-627-8888 or email manager@lestercentre.ca.
There are a few ways you can receive your ticket. If you purchase it online, you'll have the option to receive it in an email or as a text to your phone. Please select which option you would like on the purchasing page. If you purchase it from one of our box offices, you will receive a good ol' fashioned printed ticket.
You may have any beverage you'd like in our lobby and concession areas. However, no food or drink is allowed in our theatre. Water is permitted.
